The human body is constantly renewing itself, rebalancing itself and healing itself.  However, sometimes the body can become stuck on a disharmonic cycle.  BodyTalk, massage therapy and readings are different modalities, yet they all serve the same purpose: to facilitate the body’s own healing system. 

The body knows how to heal itself but sometimes it forgets.  The average human being’s daily life can be very stressful, all consuming and usually contains no time for resting and healing.  When there’s no time for healing, the body becomes weighed down by all the stress it is carrying.  To release and let go is extremely vital and the healing techniques used in each modality accomplishes just that and more.  With regular healing sessions, what is shown on the surface includes: releasing of old energy; increased optimal function of the body; less stress and more peace; and yet on a deeper level something even greater is happening: the spirit is able to shine through.  

Give to yourself and discover your own ability to heal.  In the process you will realize aspects of yourself that you did not know, yet had hoped was true and now you can have.

Has its own Stress Response System.  When this system works well, the chemical changes it brings about are transitory and quickly neutralized.  If it doesn't work well, then you tend to have more stress responses, more often, to less threatening stimuli, and those responses will have longer-lasting effects on the body.
