BodyTalk is a simple, non-invasive system of energy medicine designed to resynchronize the body's energy systems so that the body's natural healing processes can operate as nature intended.  When the body's innate ability to heal itself breaks down due to imbalances, the result is poor health on all levels: physical, emotional and/or mental.

Massage
Massage sessions are tailored to where you are feeling the most discomfort and pain by utilizing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy (trigger point) and Joint Range of Motion.  Other areas that are possibly contributing to client complaints will also be addressed.  One massage session will for the most part alleviate most of the pain that's present.  However, research has shown that people who receive on-going bodywork as part of a healthy maintenance program are less stressed, more energized and overall, a more healthy human being.

Intuitive Readings & Healings
In these healings, energy, belief systems and anything else that is not serving the highest good is removed from the client's space (aura layers, chakras, etc.) thereby changing their energetic blueprint.  With this change, the client's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state is balanced, which leaves the client being and feeling renewed, revived and strengthened.
